What we do with what you send us
Short version: we use it to quote your job and to run your order. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

What we collect
- What you type into the quote form, product, quantity, size, destination, dates, your email, and anything else you choose to add.
- Artwork you upload, if you upload any.
- Emails you send us, and our replies.
- Aggregate site analytics, pages viewed, country, referrer. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no way for us to identify you from it.
Why we have it
To prepare your quote, to run your order if you place one, and to answer questions you ask us. That is a legitimate interest in responding to your own enquiry, and for an order it is necessary to perform the contract.
We do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
Artwork specifically
Artwork you send is confidential. It is not shown to other customers, not used in our own marketing, and not retained beyond the order and any reorder window without your agreement. Our Quality & IP terms set out what happens to it and to any master shim produced from it, including destruction on request.
Who else sees it
- Our email provider, which hosts our mailboxes.
- Our form processor, which delivers quote submissions to us.
- Freight and customs agents, for the details needed to ship your order.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, for any purpose.
How long we keep it

Where it is held
We operate from China, so information you send us is processed there. If you are in the UK or EU, that is a transfer outside your jurisdiction, and you should factor that into what you choose to send us. confirm transfer safeguards wording with a lawyer
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on it within response window for data requests.
